This website is operated by Groundserv (“we/us”).  As a user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The ‘Confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order.  Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgment by email detailing the product(s) you have ordered.  Please note that this email does not constitute an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
(d) if your delivery address is outside mainland UK; or
(e) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Product Specifications and Suitability
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time.  We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any products.  If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item.  Please see our ‘Returns’ section.

Prices and Payment
All prices are shown including and excluding VAT.  Any applicable carriage is payable by the customer in addition to the displayed price.
Payments are made via Paypal.  We undertake not to take or retain any details of your credit or debit cards at any time during your use of this website.
Payment will be taken from your card at the time we receive your order.
Goods are subject to availability.  In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.  A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Delivery will be made to the billing address supplied by you at checkout, unless you specify a separate delivery address.  We only deliver to UK addresses.
For each order placed, there is a delivery charge of £10 (inclusive of VAT) per order for orders under the value of £250 (inclusive of VAT).  For orders over £250 (inclusive of VAT), delivery is free of charge.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If we anticipate any delivery taking longer than expected we will notify you by email.

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.  Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased within 7 days of receipt of goods, for a refund.  To cancel you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of your items, quoting full order details. All goods must be unopened and in perfect condition.  We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in perfect condition.  If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund to the card you used to purchase the goods.  If your order has been dispatched, you will be charged for the cost of carriage on the original delivery.

Our aim is to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time.  In the unlikely event of your delivery being incorrect (for example faulty, incorrect or damaged deliveries), please follow these guidelines so that we can rectify matters without delay:
1.  Check the delivery upon receipt and sign for the goods.
2.  If there is a problem, note it on the delivery document, then sign it and ask the driver to countersign.
3.  Contact our Customer Support Team on 020 8641 7979, who will provide you with further instructions.
4.  Goods must not be returned until authorised by our Customer Service Team.
5.  If you are unable to check or count the delivery upon receipt, please sign it as being unchecked and check the goods within three days, advising our Customer Support Team of any problems immediately.

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent.  Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail from third parties as a result of ordering from us.
We maintain a strict privacy policy in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
