Quality Delivery

Satisfactory delivery is a crucial part of the service offered by Groundserv, and we aim to provide an efficient, professional and punctual delivery schedule for all our customers.

With the exception of orders containing certain Stihl products, orders placed through this website will be dispatched within 1 working day, subject to stock availability, for a next day delivery.

You will receive an email letting you know your order has been dispatched on a next day service. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery will be attempted twice on consecutive days. If the carriers need to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a redelivery charge.

Next Working Day Delivery

(Monday – Thursday) Orders up to £250.00 inc VAT will have a £9.95 inc VAT carriage charge orders over £250.00 in VAT delivery will be Free. This includes goods up to 20Kg in weight or 4 boxes totalling 20Kg in weight.

Next Working Day Service is not available to UK offshore and Highlands.

Pallet Delivery

To help ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition products weighing over 30kg and other fragile products will most often be delivered on a pallet. Please allow 2-3 days extra for a pallet delivery. See pallet delivery charges.

Special Delivery Options

Same day delivery – for very urgent deliveries we pride ourselves in being able to offer a same day delivery for as little as £20 on orders placed before 11am. Please contact us for further details.

Saturday Deliveries – Please contact us for carriage cost.

Export Deliveries – Please contact us for carriage cost

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance

Returns

If, within 10 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resell-able and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition
