Yes, a demonstration will be provided to the operator on how to use the equipment.
What happens if I need the equipment for longer than I have hired it for?
If you need to extend the duration for which you want to hire the equipment, please get in touch with us via phone or email, and we will be happy to arrange this.
What do I do if I have a problem with the equipment while using it?
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with the equipment, please get in touch with us by phone to resolve the issue.
Can you deliver and collect the hire equipment?
Yes, we are able to deliver and collect hire equipment. Prices will be discussed at time of enquiry.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept card and bacs payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cash. Account customer will have all invoices put to their account
Do I have to have a Damage Waiver on the hire equipment?
A holding deposit will be taken from non-account customers.
